New Zealand All Blacks vs South Africa Springboks 25-24 in close Rugby Test

The world’s most dominant rugby team the ‘All Blacks’ claimed victory on the weekend after fighting off a late comeback by the South African Springboks. Dr.Nic Gill, Sports nutrition coach for the All Blacks attributes a large part of the teams success to a diet which as abundant with daily New Zealand Avocados!

The All Blacks’ ability to hold off the Springboks excited the rugby world after the nail biter 25-24 Rugby Championship in Cape Town on Sunday October 8th.

Huge defences from both sides made for an intense match and kept South African expectations high to the end. Sprinbok mid-fielder Damian de Allende received a red card for a late charge on Lima Sopoaga after a drop goal attempt. Converting the penalty goal, the All Blacks gained the winning advantage which South Africa couldn’t pull back.

The All Blacks’ ability to take chances, ultimately provided the win. A lineout steal, in the 68th minute and a clearance kick at 22m zone fell to David Havili, fullback finding quickly Damian McKenzie, using his speed superbly to find a gap and race away for a try.

Springboks hooker Malcolm Marx scoring a deserved try to get his side within a point two minutes from the end, but running out of time.
