Avocado Salad Roll

    • Chicken breast – 1+½ cup
    • 1+½ New Zealand Avocado!
    • Parsley Chopped – 1+½ tablespoon
    • Red Onion – 1 tablespoon
    • ½ Lime juiced
    • Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
    • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
    • 1 large flour tortilla


Mixed all ingredients set on the side and grill the flour tortilla on the pan. Spread the avocado mixture on top and rolled. Just before serving, cut each roll into four or six pieces.
