Green Smoothie
Here’s our super healthy and protein rich smoothie – great for drinking after a workout!

    1 cup Milk
    ½ cup Manuka Honey Yoghurt (or flavour of your choice)
    ½ tsp Kale Powder
    Large handful of Spinach Leaves
    ½ New Zealand Avocado
    2 kiwifruit, sliced
    ½ tsp Hemp Protein Powder
    ½ cup ice
    1 tsp Hemp Hearts

    Top With:
    1 tsp Hemp Hearts


1. Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with hemp hearts for extra healthy goodness!

If you want it colder – just add ice!
