Finely crush all the roasted base in a mortar or a food processor.<\/li>\n<li>Finely crush the boiled shrimp (1)<\/li>\n<li>Combine the chilli base and the crushed shrimps together, add avocado and season with fish sauce, lime juice, coconut sugar and a little boiled water to make the chilli paste. You may use the food processor to make a finely smooth chilli paste.<\/li>\n<li>Serve in small sauce bowl with fresh or boiled vegetables.
