- Gather as many or as few as you like!
- 4 Crisp seaweed sheets
- 1 cup of Sticky Japanese rice (or substitute with your favorite white or brown rice)
- Spicy Sriracha mayo or a sauce that tingles your taste buds
- A bowl of fresh salad greens of your choice
- 150g of Silky salmon sashimi
- 1 Luscious Triple Active Avocado from the lush fields of New Zealand
Method
- Begin with pre-cooked and cooled rice (Japanese rice is recommended for its perfect stickiness).
- Snip a small cut at the bottom right of your seaweed sheet (check our video for a quick how-to).
- Embellish each quadrant of the seaweed with your chosen ingredients, adding a personal twist.
- Now, the fun part: fold the bottom right over to the left, then fold upwards, and finally fold it right.
- Voilà! Your sushi pocket is ready to be savored. It’s that easy – and delightful!
