Red Velvet Smoothie

A quick and delicious smoothie, easy enough for the kids to make themselves and packed full of super food goodness.

    1 raw beetroot chopped
    1 small or 1/2 ripe banana
    2 tbsp ripe avocado
    1 tbsp cocoa
    1/2 tspn vanilla extract
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup Almond Breeze
    Kenwood blender
    To serve
    20g Muesli or oats, Manuka Honey with LSA
    5-10 blueberries
    Sprig of Palmers mint


Put all ingredients except muesli in blender and pulse until blended
Garnish with cereal, frozen berries and a sprig of mint
